Letter of Authorization

In accordance with Public Utility Commission of Texas guidelines, by accepting this Letter of Authorization you authorize your Transmission and Distribution Utility and Retail Electric Provider to release the following information to our brokerage and its representatives:

• Historical usage and demand data for the service location(s) provided
• ESIID details and meter information
• Current contract end date, where available

This authorization is used solely to obtain competitive rate quotes on your behalf. It does not authorize a switch of providers — any change of service requires your separate, explicit agreement.

You may revoke this authorization at any time by contacting us. This is placeholder language — final LOA text should be reviewed by your counsel before launch.
